By accessing and using DropMailer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DropMailer provides temporary, disposable email addresses for users to receive emails without using their personal email addresses. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use DropMailer only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the service for:

  • Illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities
  • Spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Circumventing security measures or rate limits
  • Commercial purposes without explicit permission
  • Automated scraping or bulk operations
  • Activities that could harm or overload our infrastructure

4. Service Limitations

DropMailer implements the following limitations to ensure fair usage:

  • Maximum of 10 email addresses per IP address per day
  • Maximum of 15 messages per email address
  • Email addresses are temporary and will be deleted automatically
  • File attachment size and type restrictions apply
  • Some domains may be blocked for security reasons

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

DropMailer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Delivery of all emails sent to temporary addresses
  • Permanent availability of email addresses
  • Compatibility with all email senders
  • Protection against all security threats

6. API Usage

If you use our API:

  • You must respect rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Commercial use requires explicit permission
  • API access may be restricted or terminated for abuse
